Inner Compass Guidance System mentor programs are designed to provide Self-Leadership principles and skills required to undertake positive and productive life, work and business change.  Participants gain the knowledge and confidence to lead themselves through challenging situations.  Transfer of learning is ensured through extensive application exercises.  These programs encompass the important inner work and application of crucial principles.  Going beyond strategizing, the system produces the environment for you and those in your organization to create the path to the life and results desired.

Inner Compass Foundation Principles Program:

The Foundation Principles program takes you on a path of self-discovery that focuses on the principles of Self-Leadership.  Dramatically impacting awareness of your limitless possibilities, this program provides the tools and strategies to tap into your your inner greatness.

Inner Compass Application Skills Program:

Building on all the key principles of Self-Leadership addressed in the Foundation Principles program, the Application Skills program adds the benefit of application to a "specific area or discipline."  The typical group dynamic brings to the participant a synergistic 'master mind' advantage and dimension via like minded and similarly focused participants.  Content and application exercises are tailored to each disciplined focus.  Contact Me for details or an estimate.

Inner Compass Mastery Program:

the Inner Compass Mastery program brings all the principles and strategies addressed in the Foundation Principles and Application Skills programs to bear on your specific challenge through a mentor approach for maximum focus and advanced application challenge.  This program takes up your specific challenge from where you are and develops a 'plan of action' to achievement - where you want to be.  The format is client designed to blend with schedule demands.  Contact Me for details or an estimate.

Format Options:

The Inner Compass Programs are offered in the following format options:

• 10 week TeleTraining/Webinar: One session per week, with available Q&A between sessions.  Includes application exercises and a follow up review.  Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes.  Heavy content, fast paced - demanding.  This option is suitable for participants that desire full immersion over a relatively short time frame.
• 20 week TeleTraining/Webinar: Same content as in the 10 week format only spread over 20 weeks allowing a less intensive integration and application of the content each week. 
• 10 week Paced TeleTraining/Webinar: This format incorporates the same content sessions as in the 10 week format only sessions are held every second week providing particpants more time between sessions to implement and apply principles before moving on.  This format is excellent where the participant has a full schedule yet desires a major transformative experience. 
• Client Designed Workshops/Seminar Services: Inner Compass Program delivery formats can be tailored to facilitate client requirements - on-site, web-based, off-site workshop/seminar, group or self-paced/self-study, recorded or live.

Mentor Services:

1-on-1 Self-Vision Mentor Services: Many clients want a specifically tailored program delivered 1-on-1 over a desired time frame.  Typically such engagements are developed around a monthly session with email Q&A between sessions, however, the format and process may be unique and sessions are unstructured and client paced.  These services are limited to a few clients per year and often utilized when the client is facing a major life transition.

The primary intention for these 1-on-1 engagements is to assist the client to develop and apply self-leadership principles to confidently gain the skills to lead themselves - to discover that they have a leader within and are prepared to move forward independently.  Typically, fees for this service format are based on "blocks" of consultation/number of sessions, paid over the engagement time frame.  Contact Me for details or an estimate.

Speaker Services:

Engagements are client designed and tailored to organization demands for content level, time frame and venue. 

Formats include:

• Lunch & Learn talks;
• Part or full day conference sessions;
• 1 to 5 day workshops;
• Teleconferencing interviews 
• Mini-training sessions for organizational meetings (live or pre-recorded). 

Speaking context may be inspirational,  motivational or content rich training based on the purpose objectives of the client.
